Data processed

The Site only collects data that the user voluntarily provides and browsing data. Retention of personal data

The Data Controller will retain the user's information within the terms required by current regulations and, in any case, for as long as necessary to provide the services requested. In particular, the data provided by the user for access to the restricted area will be retained as long as the account is active. After voluntary deletion of data by the user collected and stored in the "restricted" area (such as, for example, data uploaded to the processing log or in the notification systems), they will be retained for an additional thirty days. After these thirty days have elapsed, without the user reactivating the user, the Data Controller will delete all the data conferred through the "reserved" area, retaining only the basic master data (such as, for example, those related to billing, and therefore: company name, company address, VAT number, company contact and password). This data will be retained for twelve months from the date of expiration of the subscription in order to allow the user to still be able to access the area related to the payments made and the archives containing the materials related to the same. After this further period of time, the user's data will be permanently deleted.

Security and transfer of personal data

The transfer, storage and processing of user's data that are collected through the Site are secured through the appropriate technical measures. All user information is protected with the password that the user has chosen; passwords are not recorded in plain text but rather protected with 512-bit SHA-2 technology. In addition, the site is delivered over HTTPS encrypted connection.

Transfer of data to third parties

The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to third parties. However, if the Data Controller is required to do so by law, personal data will be provided to the relevant Authorities.

Rights of the User
