The Data Controller will retain the user's information within the terms required by current regulations and, in any case, for as long as necessary to provide the services requested. In particular, the data provided by the user for access to the restricted area will be retained as long as the account is active. After voluntary deletion of data by the user collected and stored in the "restricted" area (such as, for example, data uploaded to the processing log or in the notification systems), they will be retained for an additional thirty days. After these thirty days have elapsed, without the user reactivating the user, the Data Controller will delete all the data conferred through the "reserved" area, retaining only the basic master data (such as, for example, those related to billing, and therefore: company name, company address, VAT number, company contact and password).
